Audit and Assurance Lead

Company Description AMP & Co. is a leading Business Consulting Firm having offices in Jaipur and Dehradun. The firm specialises in Risk Consulting and Business Consulting with clients spanning across India. The firm serves number of multinational and corporate clients, which also includes Companies listed on Indian Stock Exchanges. Role Description The Audit Executive / Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and executing assignments for the clients. The nature of assignments may include Internal Audits, Management Audits, Forensic Audits, Review of Internal Controls, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) etc. The Audit Manager will be responsible to handle multiple team members working under multiple assignments at a time. The role also requires mentoring team members, managing assignment timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Qualifications - Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience Semi-Qualified CA (Inter-Cleared) with 3-5 years of experienceStrong knowledge of Finance and Accounting.Understanding of Business Processes.Experience in working on ERP Softwares like SAP will be an added advantage.Experience of handling Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.Experience in audit management, preferably within corporate or consulting environments.Ability to manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to present findings to management.
