Audit Manager - Remote Working

- Perform statutory audits to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements. - Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. - Analyze financial data for accuracy, identifying discrepancies and risk areas. - Document audit processes, findings, and recommendations thoroughly. - Serve as a key contact for clients during the audit process, maintaining professional relationships. - Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively to clients and internal team members. - Collaborate with senior team members to execute audits in compliance with company protocols. - Mentor junior staff to promote knowledge-sharing and professional development. Qualifications: - Semi-qualified CA with 3-4 years of audit experience. - Extensive knowledge of auditing and accounting standards including IGAAP, INDAS, USGAAP, and IFRS. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - Hands-on experience with auditing software is advantageous. Skills: - Audit Expertise: Proficient in statutory audit procedures, standards, and documentation practices. - Analytical Abilities: Capable of critically assessing financial data and identifying inconsistencies. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and client interaction. - Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within teams or independently. - Adaptability: Comfortable in managing multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Experience with audit tools like CaseWare. - Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho. - Knowledge of accounting and audit documentation platforms. - Specialized experience in statutory audits during articleship and professional roles.
