Profile: Australian Mortgage Executive-Finance-Surat
Experience:
- 2.5 to 4 years of relevant experience in Australian Mortgage Processing (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the Australian home loan application process.
Roles:
- Prepare, review, and lodge Australian home loan applications through aggregator platforms such as Mercury, MyCRM, Salestrekker, or similar.
- Review client documents including payslips, bank statements, tax returns, identification documents, and financial records for completeness and lender compliance.
- Coordinate with Australian mortgage brokers, lenders, and clients via email and phone throughout the loan process.
- Track loan applications and proactively follow up on conditional approvals, outstanding requirements, and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM/aggregator systems throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Ensure all documentation complies with Australian lending guidelines and regulatory requirements, including the NCCP Act.
- Coordinate with valuers, solicitors, and conveyancers to facilitate smooth loan settlements.
- Resolve broker and client queries promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure timely turnaround of loan files while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Finance, Commerce, or Banking background preferred
- Positive knowledge of Australian lending documentation and compliance requirements. .
