About the Team/Role
Entrupy Inc. is seeking a full-time Authentication Specialist position based in Bangalore, India. The Authentication Specialist position is a salaried position. You will be trained to authenticate all of Entrupys supported brands through studying Entrupys microscopic data and intensive brand learning. You will be responsible for accurately assessing and tagging each item to assist in the machine learning process to further train our algorithms as well as meeting and exceeding SLAs through quality and efficient processing.

What you'll do
Monitor real-time customer authentications of high-end luxury goodsEnsure accuracies of internal tests pertaining to newly released brands and materialsInitiate follow-up communication with customers on as-needed basisWhat you bring
Analytical skills and the ability to glean information and draw conclusions from large, often similar sets of dataStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with your colleagues working remotely and in different timezonesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and closely follow procedureProficiency in working with software tools: e.g. Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other applicationsFlexibility and openness to work on weekends, holidays, and outside of work hoursPrior experience with data entry, analytical or scientific research roles preferredBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Technology from NIFT and NID is preferredWhat we offer
