Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, plans, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.

• Create and modify architectural, structural, and engineering drawings as per project requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, site engineers, and project teams.

• Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings based on site requirements.

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions, and construction standards.

• Prepare BOQ-related drawings, shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings when required.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all drawings and revisions.

• Visit project sites when required to understand measurements and site conditions.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of drawings.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting techniques.

• Good understanding of construction drawings, architectural plans, and structural details.

• Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and basic engineering concepts.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office will be an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Salary

20,000 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
