01Overview
Hiring for its Transformation team a small, hands-on group that uses Python, AI tools, and automation to remove repetitive work across manufacturing, sales, and order processing. You will not be a traditional analyst sitting on dashboards. You'll spend most of your week building things: scripts that pull data from internal systems, bots that handle browser-based tasks, AI-assisted workflows that replace manual reporting, and small tools that solve specific problems for specific teams. Analysis is part of it but the deliverable is usually a working automation, not a slide. If you've been experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, or local LLMs on the side and want a job where that's the core of the work, this is it. What you'll do - Build Python automations for recurring work data extraction, file conversion, report generation, cross-system data movement, scheduled jobs - Automate browser and desktop workflows using Selenium, Playwright, or similar including scraping data out of legacy internal apps that have no API - Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, local LLMs) as a daily working partner: for coding, for document processing, for building small AI-powered features inside our internal tools - Build prompt-based and LLM-backed workflows document classification, extraction from unstructured files, summarisation, chat-style interfaces over internal data - Connect systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and lightweight middleware - Maintain a small library of internal scripts and tools clean code, version-controlled, documented well enough for the next person - Work directly with the team lead on AI Transformation projects across diamond manufacturing, sales coordination, and order processing Must have - Strong Python pandas, requests, file I/O, OOP basics, error handling, working with JSON and Excel - Hands-on browser automation experience (Selenium / Playwright / Puppeteer) - Comfort with REST APIs calling them, reading documentation, handling auth - Demonstrated use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or local models) for real work not just casual chatting. We will ask about specific projects in the interview. - Git and basic command-line comfort - Clear written English Good to have - Experience with the Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini APIs (function calling, structured outputs, tool use) - Local LLM experience Ollama, LM Studio, or similar - Power Automate, n8n, Make, or Zapier - Power BI / DAX - SQL - Vector databases, RAG patterns, or any production LLM workflow Compensation: From 25,000.00 per month Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Food provided Work Location: In person .
