About the Role
Indian Book of Records is looking for energetic and career-oriented fresh graduates who are passionate about AI, automation, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.Manage social media platforms and content publishing.Learn and work with AI-powered marketing tools.Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n and other automation tools.Support SEO activities, keyword research, and website updates.Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.Collaborate with different teams on marketing and automation projects.Keep up with the latest AI, automation, and digital marketing trends.Eligibility
Freshers are encouraged to apply.Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BA, B.Sc, MBA Freshers, or equivalent).Basic computer and internet knowledge.Interest in AI, automation, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Training & Benefits
Training Duration: 6 MonthsMonthly Stipend: 6,000 8,000 during the training period.Company-provided learning resources, software, and practical training.Hands-on experience with AI automation, workflow automation, and digital marketing tools.Mentorship from experienced professionals.Experience Certificate upon successful completion of the 6-month training program.Career Growth Opportunity
At the end of the 6-month training period, candidates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate strong performance, dedication, and learning ability will be considered for a full-time Automation & Digital Marketing Associate position at Indian Book of Records.
Selected candidates will be offered a fixed annual salary package ranging from 2,00,000 to 5,00,000 (CTC), along with opportunities for career growth, skill development, and future performance-based salary increments.
