The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and AI-powered automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.Build scalable bots to automate business processes across web, desktop, ERP, and enterprise applications.Develop document automation solutions for extracting, validating, and processing structured and unstructured documents.Integrate Automation Anywhere bots with enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.Analyze business processes and design efficient automation workflows based on business requirements.Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.Perform bot testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and production support.Optimize existing automation solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Create and maintain technical documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and operational runbooks.Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and operational standards.Required SkillsHands-on experience with Automation Anywhere development.Experience building attended and unattended bots.Strong knowledge of document automation and intelligent document processing.Experience designing end-to-end automation workflows.Experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise applications.Knowledge of workflow automation, exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring.Strong programming skills in Python.Experience working with SQL and relational databases.Familiarity with OCR technologies and document extraction solutions.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Automation Anywhere A360 or Automation 360 platform.Knowledge of AI-powered automation, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation.Experience integrating AI services with automation workflows.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise deployment practices is an added advantage.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Candidate DetailsTotal Experience: Relevant Experience: Current Company: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location: Reason for Change: Please send your updated profile to [HIDDEN TEXT]
