About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Automation Test Engineers with strong expertise in the Airline Passenger Service System (PSS) domain, specifically in Booking, Reservations, Ticketing, and Check-in functionalities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in test automation for web and API applications and have hands-on experience validating critical airline customer journeys.
Mandatory Requirements

Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (any leading automation tool)API Automation using Rest Assured, Postman, or similar frameworksJava / TypeScript / JavaScript preferredTest Framework Design and MaintenanceCI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)Defect Tracking Tools: JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOpsSQL/Database validation knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API applications.Design and execute automated test scripts for airline business processes.Validate end-to-end airline workflows covering booking, reservation, ticketing, and check-in modules.Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and developers to understand requirements and define test strategies.Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing.Analyze test results, identify defects, and support defect resolution.Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation coverage.Preferred Skills
Experience with Airline Reservation Systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire, or similar PSS platforms.Exposure to GDS systems and airline operational workflows.Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and CI/CD pipelines.
