Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone enquiries.
Demonstrate the Scooter to potential customers and conduct test rides to convert sales.
Address customer queries related to Scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, and finance options.
Close and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of customer experience and avoid negative feedback.
Meet KPI targets, including percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR and sales conversion from completed TR.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
Graduation or diploma in any field.
Possess positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to drive and hold a valid driving license.
Experience working in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking is preferred.
Ability to work in a agile workplace and meet sales targets.
