: Automobile Service Advisor / Customer Relationship Executive
Position: Automobile Service Advisor
Location: Preferred candidates residing within a 5 km radius of the workplace
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry
Age Criteria: Up to 35 years
Salary: 26,000 per month (up to 30,000 per month for deserving candidates)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile sector and possess robust communication and customer handling skills. Experience working with automotive partners, lubricant/oil products, or related dealership operations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers visiting the service center and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Explain repair and maintenance requirements to customers.
- Prepare service estimates and follow up on approvals.
- Promote value-added services, lubricants, and maintenance packages.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Work closely with automobile partners and vendors as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance processes.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience with automotive dealerships, partners, or oil/lubricant products is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age up to 35 years.
- Residing within a 5 km radius of the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.

Compensation: 26,000 per month, with flexibility up to 30,000 per month based on experience and performance. .
