Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for our automobile products and services. The role involves generating leads, explaining vehicle/service offerings, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads
Explain automobile products, service packages, offers, and promotions clearly
Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Schedule test drives, service appointments, or sales meetings
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and service reminders
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for lead closure
Achieve monthly sales goals
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns
Update CRM or internal systems regularly
Requirements & Skills
Minimum qualification: 10/ 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
01 Year: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
26 Years: Prior telesales experience preferred (automobile background is an advantage)
Robust verbal communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati (English is a plus)
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling systems)
Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
Ability to work under targets and deadline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: 8,000.00 - 17,000.00 per month
