Role & responsibilities
- How to communicate complex requirements through features and user stories
- How to produce a meaningful business case and modelling which draws insight, provides a data-driven recommendation, and aids decision making across the squad and/or Domain senior leadership
- Detailed recommendations for process mapping, interaction models configuration, and environments, to articulate the target state sufficiently, and communicate the change effectively
- Decomposition of work Drafting work breakdown to articulate value; lead activities which establishes a backlog or sequence of work
- Present sequence optionality, including articulation, stakeholder communication, and recommendations for trade offs involved in technical decisions
- Logically structuring problems, taking into consideration the business context and deep analysis to articulate the work in documentation
- Detailed requirements gathering for complex, in-depth work (including regulatory and governance requirements), engaging and building understanding across a broad stakeholder base
- Ownership of as-is/to be process maps, interaction models, customer journey maps and environments aligned to enterprise process architecture
Preferred candidate profile
- Professional experience (4+ years) working as a Business Analyst in BFSI-kyc/ aml
- Experience in creating high quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, customer journey maps, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing, impact & readiness collateral, risk and control flows
- Experience with senior stakeholder management, engagement, communication and change management principles
- Proven record of managing within a regulatory setting, including compliance, obligations & scheme management .
