Position Purpose:
Direct Responsibilities
<
- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives within operations
- Conduct endtoend valuestream mapping of globalmarkets processes (tradecapture, clearing, settlement, collateral, reporting).
- Use dataanalytics, transactionvolume trends, and stakeholder interviews to identify operational NVAs
- Explore & Identify efficiency opportunities across processes using Lean Methodology/Automation tech.
- Expertise in Process Transformation and designing scalable solutions
- Proven trackrecord of delivering AIdriven automation (e.g., OCR, NLP, predictive analytics) that produced measurable cost or time savings. Experience with VBA, Python, R, or ML libraries is a plus.
- Provide Lean and Project manager subject matter expertise for the larger team and stakeholders
- Possess a deep understanding of Lean ways of working and can coach individuals and teams
- Make recommendations to influence decision making, in order to maintain progress towards delivery and advantages realization
- Driving the adoption of BNPP Lean standards and working in alignment with BNPP project methodology at all times
- Manage large scale projects, perform workflow analysis, identify top bottlenecks and work with respective teams/ individual to remove/ reduce impediments and ensure smooth flow of work
- Drive continuous improvement mindset and journeys
- Leading the team to meet performance targets aligned to the objectives>
Contributing Responsibilities

- Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders on a need basis
- Reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or program leadership and committees (as appropriate)

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
<
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong foothold in Lean/project improvement initiatives and strong project management background
- Need to have worked on improvement projec .
