Key Responsibilities
**
- Independently manage Finance & Planning for Operations, Credit Management, and Marketing functions
- Handle finance responsibilities centrally for UAE and overseas geographies
- Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies and procedures
- Manage stakeholders by providing relevant financial information and insights
- Lead MIS reporting, including volumes, trends, transactions per staff, and unit costing
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports, trend analysis, and transaction analysis
- Manage operating budget, CapEx budget, and headcount budgets
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and auditors
- Support senior management with financial reporting and decision-making insights
**Required Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of Banking, Taxation, Governance, and Indian laws
- Senior stakeholder / management coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
