Coverage varies by country.Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life.In this role, youre expected to:We are looking for a Project Manager (AVP) within Securities Services Operations (SSO) who will contribute to introduction or change of processes and operational work-flows for client driven projects within Securities Services Operations Change Department. This role requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required as much as ability to regularly assume informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. High professionalism is expected on this role since our clients are international investment institutions of global presence on the markets. If you enjoy new challenges and would like to see a Project Management world within SSO please join us!Work as a project manager for new client onboardings and other change initiatives with a limited level of direct supervision.Develop an understanding of Citis EMEA Transfer Agency strategy and Operating Model, in order to ensure that the project is delivered in line with our operating processes and service offering. Identify gaps / risks within current model and work on process improvements.Liaise with Citi Clients to effectively deliver the project in line with Client requirements.Work with Global Change teams in EMEA and APAC to provide support/knowledge and rollout standardized model. Liaise with internal and external technology partners to create an operating environment ready for go live.Ensure creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project RAID log in line with most current Citi guidelines. Communicate effectively internally and externally within the Transfer Agency programme of activity in order to align activities and ensure timely escalation of issues.Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans and execute/oversee testing; Co-operate closely with business stakeholders in hand with our Product, Technology partners and our clients, whilst ensuring the right infrastructure to align our vision and strategic goals; Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation & projects risk; Lead and coordinate projects across Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology partners and our clients; Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks; Support in analysis & oversight of proposed system changes to assure smooth projects implementation; Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation; Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation risk; Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary approvals for the project are obtained; Act as a trusted partner to Clients and internal business partners; Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions. As a successful candidate, youd ideally have the following skills and exposure:At least 9 -10 years of experience as Project Manager is a must6+ years of Transfer Agency client onboarding experience is a mustSpecific Skillset in Operations Project Management Delivery .
