01Requirements
10+ years of experience in Configuration and Customization of Salesforce platform applications, development and support. Experience with the Following Clouds Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud Account Engagement CRM Analytics Knowledge Proficient in APEX (batch classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Salesforce standard configuration, sharing rules (standard and custom), workflows, process builders, flows, integrations, and custom objects. Strong object-oriented development skills. Recognized as a subject matter expert on the team for Salesforce. Direct experience in software development, programming design, and systems management. Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX) for building automation and using tools like Visual Studio Code. Experience in developing and generating detailed analytical reports on customer behaviors, sales trends, and campaign performance. Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket/GIT for source control, and CI/CD. Experience providing guidance to the junior team members. Experience in setting up AI agents (Agentforce / Co-pilot) & exposure to Vibe Coding in Salesforce. Help in providing strategic and tactical solutions where possible. Preferred Familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript (including modern libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, PHP, .NET, SQL. Knowledge of Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase. Ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies. Experience with other CRM software (Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is a plus but not required. Experience as a Scrum Master. Relevant certifications such as Certified Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II. nCino / FSC configuration knowledge. Has an interest in keeping up with the latest Salesforce technology news. Education / Qualifications: Degree and / or equivalent experience.
