About the role
What Youll Do:
Lead and structure casualty insurance programs
Drive Casualty New business for Mumbai region
Drive growth in facultative reinsurance solutions across casualty insurance.
Build trusted client relationships and unlock growth opportunities
Collaborate across teamsbroking, analytics, claims, and engineeringto deliver integrated solutions
Shape go-to-market strategies leveraging WTWs global expertise
Qualifications
Requirement
Minimum 7 years of experience
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft-office and well versed with pivot with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
Innovation and problem-solving skills, ability to develop and propose information insights to clients.
