Role Overview
You will be a part of the Business Performance Operations (BPO) finance team supporting the Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) business. WRB operates globally with an annual revenue of USD 7bn, serving over 11 million clients in rapidly growing markets. Your role as a key leader within BPO involves closely partnering with Business Heads on Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop revenue models, conduct scenario planning, and manage segment-level P&L governance
- Analyze product-wise profitability, conduct capital allocation studies, and optimize costs
- Utilize advanced analytics for Portfolio & Product Analytics, Predictive Modelling, and Peers benchmarking
- Manage data sets for decision-making, ensure data accuracy, and standardize MIS frameworks
- Architect and maintain periodic Board-level reports/dashboards with KPI-driven insights
Qualification Required:
- MBA, CA, CFA, ACCA with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analytics
