- Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - Experience with integration of contact center solutions with existing business applications. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center technologies. - Familiarity with deployment and maintenance of contact center platforms to ensure seamless operation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
