Skills Required:
810 years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in core application support management.
Proven experience in high-volume environments such as call centres or
Strong experience with Red hat Linux administration & Troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, Networking, Storage, IAM)
Proficiency in Ansible and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform is a plus)
Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing)
Experience in CI/CD tools GitHub Actions added advantage
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure and Git Ops practices.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and automation frameworks
RHCSA/RHCE certification preferred.
Terraform Associate certification is an added advantage.
Microsoft Azure certifications are desirable.
Experience supporting enterprise eCommerce or large-scale production environments
