8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in Azure cloud administration.
Robust hands-on experience with Terraform, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Flexera.
Proficiency in DevSecOps practices and ITSM frameworks.
Expertise in monitoring, automation, and configuration management tools.
Solid understanding of compute, network, storage, and security in cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 support environment and agile teams.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Go, Shell) for automation tasks.
Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution in cloud environments.
