01Responsibilities
Define and implement CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy) aligned to SDLC controlsEstablish environment strategy (Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod) and promotion modelDrive DevOps standards and best practices (automation, security, observability)Integrate LoanIQ with enterprise tooling (identity, monitoring, secrets management)Work closely with application, DB, and vendor teams to orchestrate initial setupEnsure security, auditability, and compliance are embedded in all pipelinesProvide technical leadership and mentoring to POD engineersMandatory Skills Description:Technical:5+ years of handson experience with Azure operations (compute, networking, storage)Experience supporting LoanIQ or similar enterprise banking systemsExperience running and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)Strong troubleshooting across:InfrastructureIntegration pointsFamiliarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident managementKnowledge of configuration management and automation toolsSupport & Operations:Ability to resolve incidents quickly and systematicallyStrong understanding of system reliability and performance tuningWays of Working:Agile team participation and collaboration across Dev, QA, and business .
