We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive strategic partnerships with B2B and expand our wealth management distribution network. This role focuses on building strong relationships and delivering tailored wealth solutions to HNI and emerging affluent clients.
The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to B2B and their clients, enabling long-term wealth creation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with B2B Partners and their client base.
- Wealth Advisory & Solutioning:
Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable wealth management solutions including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, and Structured Products.
- Business Development:
Drive growth by expanding the B2B network and generating new investment opportunities.
- Revenue Generation:
Achieve business targets through effective client engagement and portfolio allocation strategies.
- Client Experience & Coordination:
Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery by coordinating with internal teams.
- Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Wealth Management
- Wealth Management background preferred
- Strong understanding of investment products (MF, NCDs, PMS, AIFs, etc.)
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Target-driven and proactive approach
