Job Description
Infinity Learn is looking for energetic and motivated professionals to join our B2B Offline Execution team. The role involves visiting schools, coordinating with school authorities, organizing Olympiad examinations, and ensuring seamless execution of offline assessments. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools to coordinate and execute offline Olympiad examinations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and teachers.
- Ensure smooth conduct of Olympiad exams and achieve student participation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and execution of school events.
- Verify and manage OMR sheets, exam materials, and documentation.
- Handle logistics, including collection and dispatch of exam papers and OMR sheets.
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, student participation, and execution status.
- Meet monthly execution and participation targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Experience in field sales, business development, school outreach, or operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location for school visits.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
