01Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers through field sales and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets.
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, Insurance, Loans, and Mutual Funds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market mapping and identify recent business opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of banking products
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Experience in CASA / Banking Sales / BFSI is an advantage
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply
