Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B appointment generation/lead generation executive to support our business development and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international B2B lead generation and appointment setting, with exposure to US/UK markets.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, connecting with key decision-makers, qualifying leads, generating business interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and key contacts.
Engage prospects and effectively communicate the company's products and services.
Qualify prospects using BANT, HQL, Waterfall, and other lead qualification frameworks.
Schedule qualified appointments and business meetings for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the quality and relevance of generated appointments.
Track lead-generation activities, conversions, and appointment performance.
Provide market feedback and prospect insights to improve outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ Year of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
International B2B experience is mandatory.
Prior experience working with US/UK clients or international markets is required.
Hands-on experience with BANT, HQL, and Waterfall qualification methodologies.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong prospecting, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of B2B sales and lead-generation processes.
Experience using CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email-based prospecting.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve defined KPIs.
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in B2B Appointment Setting / Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development.
Candidates who have successfully generated appointments for US/UK markets.
Candidates with strong international calling and prospecting experience.
Candidates who are comfortable working in the US shift.
