01Key Responsibilities

1. Deepen Customer Understanding & Relationships Build and manage a robust customer engagement program including advisory boards, roundtables, and 1:1 executive touchpoints to maintain deep customer insight. Own India Top Accounts Program- partner with key teams to maintain key accounts for relationship-deepening initiatives. Customer segmentation, new use cases, and relevant narrative ownership Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights back to Leadership.
2. Celebrate Customer Success Build and scale a customer advocacy program case studies, testimonials, reference calls, and peer reviews that amplifies customer wins across channels. Lead the development of compelling success stories in close collaboration with customers and content teams. Drive recognition and celebration initiatives (spotlights, community highlights) that make customers proud to be partners. Manage and grow a community of customer advocates who champion the brand at events, webinars, and in the market.
3. Expand Revenue & Grow Penetration Design and execute marketing programs that drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within the existing customer base. Collaborate with Revenue and SC to identify expansion signals and convert them into targeted campaigns. Identify and nurture relevant market partnerships to grow customer penetration. Measure and report on the revenue impact of customer marketing initiatives using clear KPIs and dashboards.
