About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on B2B Demand Generation & ABM Specialist who can build and execute marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and sales pipeline from international markets.
This is not a purely brand or social media marketing role. You will work across Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
The ideal candidate has previously worked in a B2B SaaS, IT services, or technology company and has hands-on experience running campaigns targeting international markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or Australia.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute B2B demand-generation strategies for international markets.Define and refine ICPs, buyer personas, target segments, and target-account lists.Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value accounts.Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, including Search and remarketing campaigns.Manage Meta Ads for acquisition and retargeting campaigns.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and execute on-page and technical SEO initiatives.Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.Develop campaign messaging, offers, lead magnets, and CTAs for different stages of the B2B buying journey.Run retargeting, nurturing, and lead-generation campaigns.Work closely with sales teams on account targeting, lead qualification, and MQL/SQL definitions.Monitor and improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline contribution.Set up and validate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and advertising platforms.Conduct A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages.Prepare campaign reports and recommend budget allocation based on qualified pipeline and business outcomes.
What We're Looking For24 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing / demand-generation experience.Previous experience working with a B2B SaaS, IT services, or technology company.Demonstrable experience targeting international markets.Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.Strong understanding of Demand Generation and ABM.Practical SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page SEO, competitor research, and content optimization.Understanding of B2B funnels, ICPs, buyer personas, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, pipeline, and attribution.Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Ability to analyze campaign performance and make decisions based on data rather than vanity metrics.
Good to HaveExperience with LinkedIn Ads.Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar B2B prospecting/ABM tools.Experience with email marketing and lead-nurturing automation.Knowledge of GEO/AEO and AI-driven search optimization.Previous experience generating pipeline from the US market.
