B2B Franchise Relationship Manager Roles & Responsibilities (Arihant Capital Markets Ltd.)
Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned franchise partners (APs).Drive business growth through client acquisition and revenue generation.Support franchise onboarding, activation, and operational queries.Promote cross-selling of Equity, Mutual Funds, IPO, Insurance, and other financial products.Monitor franchise performance and achieve business targets.Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, IT, and RMS teams for timely issue resolution.Conduct partner training and provide product/business updates.Ensure compliance with company policies and SEBI regulations.Prepare MIS reports and conduct regular business review meetings.Improve partner satisfaction, engagement, and retention.Work Location: In person .
