Position : Operations Manager
Salary : Php 40,000 - Php 50,000

We are seeking an reputed company and proactive Operations Manager to reputed company and optimize day-to-day operations for a growing food ingredients import and wholesale business. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth supply chain coordination, efficient order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and effective collaboration with suppliers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage processes reputed company a reputed company-reputed company environment, supporting the delivery of premium allergen-free and specialty food ingredients to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, coordinating deliveries and ensuring customer requirements are met.
Coordinate with international and local suppliers regarding procurement, shipments, inventory requirements, and delivery schedules.
Work closely with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records, efficient stock reputed company, and reputed company handling of food products.
Monitor stock reputed company and support inventory planning to ensure product availability and operational continuity.
Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, billing records, shipment documents, and reports.

Requirements
