Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with Authorized Persons (APs), Sub-Brokers, Remisiers, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and other channel partners to drive equity and investment business.
Acquire new business partners and expand the company's distribution network across assigned territories.
Drive revenue through Equity Trading, Demat Accounts, Margin Funding (MTF), IPOs, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and other capital market products.
Conduct partner meetings, product presentations, and business development activities to increase partner engagement and productivity.
Support channel partners with client acquisition strategies, product knowledge, and sales enablement.
Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement business development initiatives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets as assigned.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, operations, and partner servicing.
Stay updated on stock market trends, regulatory changes, and investment products to provide timely market insights to partners.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners through regular interactions and high-quality service.
Maintain accurate sales reports, partner activity records, and business pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies while conducting business.
