01Overview
We are looking for an experienced 10+ years Business Analyst / Domain Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in the Temenos T24/Transact core banking platform, with a strong focus on Islamic banking products and conventional banking modules. The candidate will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, driving requirement analysis, functional specification, and domain consultation across the implementation lifecycle.

Domain & Functional Expertise
Act as the go-to Subject Matter Expert for T24/Temenos Transact across Islamic Banking and Core Banking modulesGuide development and QA teams on product behavior, business rules, and system configurationsTranslate complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications and acceptance criteriaReview of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Test ScenariosIslamic Banking Domain Coverage
Deep hands-on knowledge of Murabaha, Ijara, Musharaka, Mudaraba, Wakala, Istisna, and Sukuk productsValidate Shariah compliance rules embedded in T24 Islamic banking modules (IB.MURABAHA, IB.IJARA, etc.)Understand Profit Calculation methods (Flat Rate, Reducing Balance, Actual/365) specific to Islamic financeLiaise with Shariah advisory teams on product structuring and compliance validationT24 Module Coverage
Core Banking modules: AA (Arrangement Architecture), LD (Lending), FT (Funds Transfer), ACCOUNT, CUSTOMERPayments: Domestic and SWIFT Payments integration with T24 (MT103, MT202, PACS.008, PACS.009)Treasury: FX, Money Market, and Securities modules as applicableReporting and Regulatory modules: Zakat computation, regulatory reporting for Islamic Finance jurisdictionsDefine and review T24 functional test cases, integration scenarios, and UAT scripts for T24-based implementationsSupport testing team as domain consultant and functional reviewer on T24 Module casesSupport for defects understanding gaps and provide domain-based root cause analysis and workaround guidanceValidate end-to-end business flows across T24 modules, including account lifecycle, loan origination, and profit processingAct as domain liaison between the testing team and business stakeholders during SIT and UAT phases, facilitating query resolution and functional sign-offStakeholder & Delivery Support
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and domain workshops for project teamsCollaborate with Temenos implementation partners, bank SMEs, and third-party vendorsParticipate in requirement elicitation, design reviews, and sprint planning (Agile/Waterfall environments)Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and domain runbooksRequired Skills & Qualifications- Mandatory
10+ years of experience in the banking domain, with at least 5 years on Temenos T24 / Transact platformProven expertise in Islamic Banking products and Shariah-compliant finance structures within T24Hands-on functional knowledge of T24 modules: AA, LD, FT, ACCOUNT, CUSTOMER, IB.* modulesExperience working on T24 implementation, upgrade, or migration projects for banking clientsStrong understanding of banking business processes: account opening, loan lifecycle, payments, GL postingsAbility to write clear BRDs, functional specs, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria .
