BA + BI Developer

As a Business Data Analyst in Gurgaon with 3-6 years of experience in large-scale Data applications, your role will involve various responsibilities: - Experience in Snowflake, Any relational DB, BRD creation, and requirements gathering - Proficiency in SQL, business requirement gatherings, and Source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing - Exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization - Familiarity with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain clients, including Policy & Claims lifecycle and reinsurance business - Ability to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as a liaison between the technical and business teams - Connecting with Client SME to understand functionality and data - Conducting Data Profiling to understand the quality of Data and critical Data elements - Working on Data mapping, Data lineage docs, data models, and design docs for stakeholders to understand data mappings & transformations Good to have skills: - Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and Data Modeling - Familiarity with Tableau and Cognos for advanced BI and reporting capabilities - Experience with Tableau, including effective spreadsheet modeling and advanced functionalities - Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices such as Jenkins, Git, and experience in CI/CD pipelines Qualifications required: Bachelor Degree (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description)
