Position: BA (Business Analyst)- Airline Baggage Domain

Top Must-Have Skillsets (technical)
- Own technical requirements documentation based on standards. Lead requirement reviews, demos, follow-throughs
- Create and own user stories. Work with EQE to ensure success criteria is met and story is done
- Collaborate with Business and Technical leads, as well as architects, to create process flows and technical documentation.
- Translate business requirements into Technical Specification
- Communicate with technical and business teams to understand and document cross functional impact
- Review any AI generated story and validate accuracy
- Assist with observability and automation efforts as well as monitoring capabilities across a Baggage platform
Nice-to-Have Skillsets (technical or soft).
Familiar with technical jargon and understands Data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams .
