Role Summary
Mphasis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking to drive requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and delivery of banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, FSD, User Stories).
Perform requirement elicitation, gap analysis, impact analysis, and process modelling.
Work with business, technology, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
Support Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
Create process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
Manage stakeholder communication and support solution design.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Securities, Derivatives, Trade Lifecycle.
Understanding of financial products: Equity, Fixed Income, Futures, Options, Swaps.
Knowledge of risk concepts and Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta) is preferred.
Hands-on experience with BRD/FRD/FSD, User Stories, UAT, Agile/Scrum.
Positive SQL knowledge and experience with BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
Preferred
Experience in BFSI/Investment Banking projects.
Certifications like CFA, FRM, CQF, CBAP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
