Insurance Business Analysia Job Description Strong experience in Insurance domain transformation initiatives with exposure to large-scale business change programs. Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, process consulting, and customer onboarding journeys. Proven ability to streamline and optimize business processes while working with cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams. Strong experience in CRM platforms with moderate knowledge of Salesforce CRM for customer and workflow management. Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment across business and technology teams. Strong understanding of transformation delivery lifecycle, operating models, and process improvement methodologies. HSBC experience and awareness of governance, and ways of working is highly preferred. Preferred candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments. .
