Wealth Mgmt BA JD Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with wealth advisors, portfolio managers, operations, compliance, and technology teams. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping (As-Is/To-Be). Support implementation of Wealth Management platforms and digital initiatives. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions. Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production rollout. Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements. Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC/Agile lifecycle. .
