Job Summary
Core Tech Solutions is hiring a Back Office Associate for our Pune location. The role involves data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, handling documentation, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities
Perform daily back-office and data entry tasks.Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documents.Check data and documents for accuracy and completeness.Handle emails and routine office correspondence.Organize and maintain digital and physical records.Coordinate with internal departments when required.Assist with administrative and operational activities.Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.Maintain confidentiality of company information.Requirements
12th pass or graduate.Freshers can apply; 01 year of experience is acceptable.Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.Working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.Good typing and data-entry skills.Good communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary
