Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive Loan Process to handle loan applications, documentation, customer coordination, and follow-ups with bankers.

Key Responsibilities

• Login loan applications on online banking and loan portals.

• Check and verify customer documents as per loan requirements.

• Coordinate with customers for required and pending documents.

• Coordinate with bankers regarding case status, queries, and additional requirements.

• Follow up with customers and bankers for pending documents and case processing.

• Track loan cases from login through further processing stages.

• Maintain proper records and regular follow-ups.

• Coordinate effectively with customers, bankers, and the internal team.

Required Skills

• 12th Pass with relevant experience.

• Experience in loan processing, banking, NBFC, DSA, or financial services preferred.

• Basic knowledge of online loan/banking portals and documentation.

• Good communication and customer coordination skills.

• Strong follow-up and case-tracking abilities.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
