Back Office Executive Invoicing & Lead Management

Job Description Back Office & Customer Coordination Executive Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company software.Generate and process invoices through the software.Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, invoices, payments, and other operational requirements.Check and respond to official emails promptly and professionally.Handle incoming leads, make follow-up calls, and maintain lead records.Make outbound calls to customers/leads as required.Follow up with customers and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of queries.Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation.Ensure all data and records are updated accurately and on time.Requirements Good English communication skills (mandatory) both written and verbal.Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.Good follow-up and coordination skills.Confident in handling customer/leads calls.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.Preferred Candidate A proactive, responsible, and well-organized individual with good communication skills who can efficiently manage data entry, invoicing, emails, lead follow-ups, calling, and internal coordination. Compensation: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
