01Responsibilities
Understand customer travel needs and book flights at the best prices. Generate sales and issue tickets. Use booking systems efficiently. Follow up with customers proactively. Process payments and handle sensitive information securely. Provide travel advice, including visa and passport information. Issue e-tickets and keep clients updated on any changes. Address customer complaints and resolve issues. Manage email communication and follow-ups.
