Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Backend Executive to support daily office operations by handling documentation, data management, coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update records, files, and documents.Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.Maintain office documents, invoices, and purchase records.Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and reports.Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up.Support HR, accounts, and procurement teams when required.Perform other administrative and backend office tasks as assigned.Immediate joiner only
