Job Title: Backend Developer (Python / FastAPI)

About the Role
We are building an AR-Based Machine Console Recognition and Navigation Assistant for industrial CNC/HMI machines. We are looking for a Backend Developer to design and develop scalable REST APIs and backend services for this product.
What You Will Do
Design and develop REST APIs using FastAPI
Design PostgreSQL database schemas and optimize SQL queries
Integrate backend with Flutter mobile app, OCR systems and AI services
Dockerize backend services and configure deployment
Write unit and integration tests and maintain API documentation
You Must Have
3+ years Python development experience
2+ years FastAPI / Flask / Django REST experience
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design
Experience with REST APIs, JWT Authentication, OpenAPI/Swagger
Hands on with Docker, Git, GitHub/GitLab
Knowledge of SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Pydantic
Good to Have
Knowledge of Redis, Neo4j, Qdrant, RabbitMQ/Kafka
Basic understanding of LLM APIs, Vector Databases, OCR Integration
Kubernetes, Nginx, Linux
Industrial automation or manufacturing domain experience
AR/VR application experience
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or equivalent .
