As an SDE- III Backend, you will drive the development of scalable, reliable, and performant systems. You will work closely with product management, front-end engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with the companys technical and business goals.

- Own and drive the design and architecture of complex backend systems
- Mentor junior engineers (SDE-1/2)

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security at scale
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product, infra, business) to align technical goals
- Conduct deep design and code reviews, and enforce standards
