Overview
As a Backend Developer (.NET) at Andersen, you will be responsible for integrating insurance products and policy flows into a new client application. Your key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing APIs and backend services.
- Building high-performance, scalable backend solutions.
- Ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Performing root cause analysis and resolving complex issues.
- Maintaining and supporting existing backend services.
- Reviewing pull requests and enforcing coding standards.
- Driving initiatives to improve quality, security, and system performance.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Experience in building large-scale applications in complex technical environments for 5+ years.
- Proven experience working with distributed/remote teams.
- End-to-end ownership of backend API development and understanding of the full API lifecycle.
- Experience in building scalable cloud applications on Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency or above.
