About Organisation:
We are a multi-tenant operations platform an operating system for industries that run on customers, partner networks, and field operations. Six services live in production. Anchor customer is live; pre/early-revenue.
The stack. Node.js / TypeScript and Bun. Hono and Express. Drizzle and Sequelize.
PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security for multi-tenant isolation. gRPC for service-to-service, BullMQ + Redis for async, AWS. Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot every day engineers supervise AI output, not just accept it.
What youd own
A backend service or workstream end-to-end. Design, migrations, rollout, runbook. Provisioning, customer management, billing, distributor operations, HR, inventory, shipping wherever your experience and interests land.
What we look for
Strong Node.js / TypeScript
Solid PostgreSQL schema, migrations, performance, Row-Level Security
Sequelize or Drizzle
Distributed systems fundamentals idempotency, eventual consistency, async workers
gRPC and protobuf
Working AWS Cognito, S3, SES, Secrets Manager, ECS
Testsship with the feature, not after
Working Python we work across TypeScript and Python Signal.
Youve shipped backend code where correctness mattered payments, inventory, multi-tenant isolation, anything where a bug costs money or trust.
Youve used an agentic coding tool in a real codebase and can describe where it
helped and where you had to correct it.
You write clearly about technical decisions.
