Responsibilities Confirm and settle trades executed on the MT5 platform, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.Collaborate with the middle office and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth trade settlements.Reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy of account balances, trade records, and other financial data.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances or transactions.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of trades, transactions, account information, and other relevant documents.Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.Assist clients with inquiries related to account statements, trades, settlements, and other back-office processes.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all back-office functions.Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to back-office operations.Assist in managing and maintaining the MT5 backend system, ensuring its functionality and usability for the front and middle office teams.Collaborate with IT and technical support teams to address system-related issues and optimize system performance.Generate and analyze reports on back-office activities, including trade settlement, account reconciliation, and transaction processing.Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.Previous experience in a back-office role within the financial industry, preferably in CFD trading using the MT5 backend.Familiarity with the MT5 backend system and its functionalities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and account reconciliation.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Engineers dealing with Database (SQL) preferred.3-4 years of Experience .
