Ideal Surat Candidate Profile
B.Com or BBA graduates from Surat colleges VNSGU, GLS, Silver Oak, LJ College looking for their first or second real role
Candidates with 12 years of operations experience at a bank, insurance firm, wealth management desk, or any brokerage
People who are naturally calm, process-oriented, and take genuine pride in getting things right every time
Strong English, Gujarati and Hindi communicators with valuable English writing ability this matters a lot in this role
Anyone who has handled customer queries, ticketing, KYC, or account management in any skilled context
About The Role
Clients experience Stellaredge through this role. Every onboarding, every query, every fund request, every escalation handled here. This is not a call centre role. It is an operational role with a client-facing dimension. You will handle the full lifecycle of a client's journey, coordinate with compliance and finance teams to resolve issues end-to-end, and ensure that operational processes are followed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries across email, phone, and ticketing systems with accuracy and professionalism
Process account openings, KYC completions, and onboarding workflows
Manage operational client requests fund transfers, segment activations, account modifications
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation at all times
Coordinate with DP, compliance, and finance teams to resolve client issues end-to-end
Manage and close tickets within defined SLA timelines
Identify recurring client pain points and escalate process improvement suggestions to the team
