- Provide technical expertise in Bamboo Terraform and DevOps to streamline development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and functionality.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Payer domain.
- Utilize Facets to manage and optimize payer-related processes and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users to ensure effective product utilization.
- Manage risk and resolve issues that may arise during the product development process.
Qualifications
- Possess a solid background in Bamboo Terraform and DevOps with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain particularly with Facets.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
